论我国刑法分则及司法解释对片面共犯的认可
Discussion on China’s criminal law and judicial interpretations of the one-sided recognition of an accomplice
【摘要】 对片面共犯虽无统一的认识,但考察我国刑法分则和有关司法解释的规定,在一定范围内还是承认应以共同犯罪加以处罚的。
【Abstract】 An accomplice of the one-sided understanding of no unification,but the study of China’s criminal law and relevant judi-cial interpretations of the provisions of,or within a certain range should be based on recognition of common crime to be punished.
