【摘要】 目的:探讨微柱凝胶法交叉配血在不规则抗体筛检中的应用。方法:应用微柱凝胶技术对4800份输血病人血清进行抗体筛查和鉴定,并与不规则抗体阴性的供血者用微柱凝胶法交叉配血。结果:15例不规则抗体阳性,其中交叉配血不合10例,相合5例。结论:微柱凝胶法交叉配血,可应用于不规则抗体筛查。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare micro-column gel for irregular antibody screening and the results of cross matching,and to ex-plore the application of micro-column gel cross matching in the irregular antibody screening. Methods:To perform the micro-column gel technique for antibody screening and identification in 4800 serum samples of blood transfusion patients and for cross matching in irregu-lar antibody negative donors.Results:There were 15 cases of irregular antibody positive,in cross matching,10 cases of irregularities, matched 5.
