DEA中输入拥塞的识别方法
Approaches to identify input congestion in DEA
【摘要】 输入拥塞被认为是严重浪费资源,即输入的不适当增加不仅不会增加输出,反而导致输出减少.系统地讨论了从输入角度对输入拥塞识别的方法—BCSW法.在一个新DEA模型的基础上,给出了由输入拥塞引起的输出减少量的计算方法,以及一种从输出角度判别输入拥塞是否存在的新方法.
【Abstract】 Input congestion is regarded as an awful waste of resource,namely that the improper increase of input will bring about not the increase of output but the decrease of it.BCSW approach which is used to identify congestion from the input perspective is introduced and discussed systematically.Based on a new DEA model,we propose a way to calculate output reduction amounts resulted from input congestion, which can also be used to identify input congestion from the output perspective.
