【摘要】 采用骨髓细胞空气干燥法,对采自海南省吊罗山国家森林公园内的海南产锯腿小树蛙染色体核型进行分析研究,结果表明:其二倍体染色体数为2 n=26,FN=52.No.7短臂部有一个次缢痕.雌雄个体均未发现异型性染色体.与云南产锯腿小树蛙进行染色体核型比较分析,发现sm的数目、次缢痕的位置有所不同,这显示其核型的多样性.更多还原

【Abstract】 Using the standard air drying methods for bone marrow cells,the karyotype of Philautus odontotarsus collected from Hainan Island was examined.The results were essentially consistent with those in previous reports about the karyotypes of Ph.odontotarsus(2n=26,FN=52).A secondary constriction was detected on the short arm of Chromosome 7.No heteromorphous sex chromosomes were noticed in either male or female individuals.A comparison of the karyotypes of Ph odontotarsus from Hainan Island and from Yunnan showed differences in the number of sm(submetracentric chromosome) and the position of the secondary constriction between them,suggesting the existence of karyotype diversity.更多还原
