重介质旋流器内空气柱与能耗关系的研究
Research on the Relationship between Air Core and Energy Consumption in Dense Medium Cyclone
【摘要】 应用计算流体力学应用软件Fluent对重介质旋流器内能耗大的空气柱进行了模拟研究,得出了重介质旋流器的节能降耗不能采用水力旋流器加固棒的方法实现。为了降低能耗,在重介质旋流器设计时可以通过合理的结构参数设计把空气柱控制到最小,以达到节能降耗的目的。
【Abstract】 the model was done with calculating fluid mechanics software Fluent for high energy consumption air core in dense medium cyclone,obtained that the energy saving and reduce of consumption of dense medium cyclone can not realized by the method of adding solid bar in air core.For the purpose of reducing the energy consumption,the air core can be minimized by using rational structure parameters during the design period.
