【Abstract】 Based on the intensive research and investigation of the problems existed in the establishing of the cultural development the new countryside in Xinjiang since implementation of the policy of opening-up to the outside world of our country,the researchers have suggested some effective measures to solved the problems mentioned: strengthening the establishment of cultural value and public service system,thus all the farmers and herdsmen can enjoy the achievement of Urban-Rural integration in Xinjiang.更多还原
