儿童鼻咽部低剂量螺旋CT扫描技术临床应用价值的研究

【摘要】 目的:探讨儿童鼻咽部低剂量螺旋CT扫描技术及临床应用价值。材料与方法:对58例儿童鼻咽部患者行低剂量和常规剂量螺旋CT扫描,对比两种剂量扫描的图像质量与患者的辐射剂量。结果:鼻咽部低剂量CT扫描与常规剂量CT扫描,对显示鼻咽部的解剖结构及各种病变,两种扫描方法图像中发现病灶数量相同。两种剂量CT扫描的定性诊断结果也相同。低剂量单圈扫描的CT剂量加权指数(CTDIw)为6.57mGy,常规剂量的CTDIw为13.13mGy,其CTDIw降低了50%的辐射剂量。结论:低剂量CT扫描发现病灶数量及定性诊断结果与常规剂量均相同,故低剂量螺旋CT扫描儿童鼻咽部患者,完全能替代常规剂量的螺旋CT扫描。

【Abstract】 Purpose:To investigate the nasopharynx of children of low-dose spiral CT scanning technology and clinical application value.Materials and Methods:58 cases of patients with Nasopharynx children of low-dose and conventional-dose spiral CT scanning,contrast two-dose scan in patients with image quality and radiation dose.Results:Low-dose nasopharynx CT scanning and conventional-dose CT scan,the display of the anatomical structure of the nasopharynx and a variety of diseases,both scanning the number of images found in the same lesion.Two-dose CT scan of the same qualitative diagnosis.Low-dose single-dose CT scan circle weighted index(CTDIw)for 6.57mGy,conventional doses of CTDIw to 13.13 mGy,its CTDIw been reduced by 50% of the radiation dose.Conclusion:The low-dose CT scan showed the number of lesions and qualitative diagnosis with conventional doses are the same,the low-dose spiral CT scanning in patients with nasopharyngeal children,and can substitute for conventional-dose spiral CT scanning.
