【摘要】 目的总结妊娠合并白血病致晚期产后出血的误诊原因。方法对妊娠合并白血病的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果①妊娠合并白血病是产科少见的内科合并症,产后出血及产褥感染是白血病患者产时、产后常见的并发症;②产科医师要重视血常规及外周血涂片检查,及时查明引起产后出血的原因。结论①临床症状不典型、外周血常规及凝血像检查的非特异性是导致误诊的重要原因。②以产后出血为主要临床表现的首诊症状导致产科医师寻找贫血原因的思维局限。③晚期产后出血量与贫血程度不符时需进一步查明贫血原因。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize misdiagnosis reason of late postpartum hemorrhage that induced by pregnancy complicated leukecythemia.Methods Retrospective analysis clinical data of pregnancy complicated leukecythemia.Results ①Pregnancy complicate leukecythemia is few internal medicine complication of obstetrics;postpartum hemorrhage and puerperal infection are frequent complications of leukemia in intrapartum and postpartum,②Obstetrician should reconstr blood routine and peripheral blood smear,ascertain the reason induced postpartum hemorrhage in time.Conclusion ①Atypical clinical symptoms and the inspection non-specificity of onventional and Coagulation phase are an important cause of misdiagnosis,②As post-partum haemorrhage to the main clinical manifestations of the first symptoms,which lead obstetric clinic physicians to find the thought limitation of the causes of anemia,③When anaemia level and late postpartum hemorrhage blood volume are discrepancy,we must ascertain anaemia reason.更多还原
