二甲酚橙显色体系测定明胶中的钙含量
Determination of Content of Calcium in Gelatin by Xylenol Orange
【摘要】 以二甲酚橙—十六烷基三甲基溴化胺—无水乙醇络合显色体系测定了明胶中的钙。考查了测定条件。络合物最大吸收波长为560nm,摩尔吸光系数ε=1.0672×105 L·mol-1,相关系数r=0.9997,Ca2+质量浓度在0~12.5μg范围内服从郎伯—比尔定律。合成样品其平均回收率为102.20%,实际样品明胶测定结果含钙为9.30μg·g-1,其相对标准偏差为0.37%。加标回收率平均为99.60%,其相对标准偏差为0.65%。利用本方法测定明胶中的钙含量,选择性高,准确度较好,方法简单,结果满意。
【Abstract】 The calcium was determined by xylenol orange-CTMAB-absolute ethyl alcohol complexation color in the gelatin.The test conditions were examined.We got that the best absorption of complexation is 560nm,the molar absorptivity isε=1.0672×105L/mol-1,the correlation coefficient is r=0.9997,the mass concentration of Ca2+ is order to longbow-bill law in the 0~12.5μg.The average recovery rate of synthetics is 102.20%,and the result of determination showed that it had 9.30μg·g-1 calcium in the gelatin.The relative standard deviation was 0.37%.The recovery was 99.60%. The relative standard deviation was 0.65%.The calcium in the gelatin was determined by this measurement,the result showed that it has good selectivity and the better accuracy.It is the easy measurement which has a satisfactory result.
