【摘要】 随着我国国民经济的高速发展,出租车运输业也得到了快速的发展。现今,出租车已成为城市居民不可或缺的交通出行手段。但是由于出租车管理手段发展相对滞后,近年来围绕出租车的问题日益凸显,绕道、宰客、乱计费、黑车泛滥、投诉举证困难等问题已严重影响和谐社会的建立。建立完善有效的管理制度及法律体系已成为解决出租车管理困局的关键,然而制度管理必须以有效的技术管理手段作为保障。本文针对现有技术管理手段的不足提出一种新型的出租车综合管理系统,系统不但功能完善,而且经济可行,易被广大出租车司机所接受。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of China’s national economy,taxi transport industry has also highly developed and has become an indispensable means of transportation for urban residents.However,in recent years,due to the ineffective taxi management system,cheating,chaotic billing,cars without license and accusation difficulty become increasingly prominent.It has seriously affected the establishment of a harmonious society.Establishing a sound and effective management system and the legal system to improve taxi management has become the key point.Therefore,effective technology management becomes an essential part.Due to the inadequacy of existing technology,this paper will introduce a new taxi management system,not only with effective function,but also economically feasible,and it is easily accepted by most taxi drivers.更多还原
