【摘要】 [目的]了解这次低温雨雪冰冻灾害对郴州市居民健康的影响,为制定应对冰雪灾害救援措施和保障机制提供科学依据。[方法]应用描述流行病学方法对郴州市2008年低温雨雪冰冻灾害期间居民健康相关资料进行统计分析。[结果]郴州市2008年低温雨雪冰冻灾害给居民生活带来严重影响,造成因灾害相关疾病和意外死亡增加,非职业性一氧化碳中毒较去年同期增加135.00%,摔伤增加102.94%,新生儿早产率增加53.48%,部分被调查居民出现不正常心理状态,医疗机构门诊工作量下降,手术及时率下降31.06%,儿童免疫接种率下降57.85%,因灾滞留人员发热、感冒人数占就诊人数的89.60%。[结论]郴州市2008年低温雨雪冰冻灾害给居民日常生活、居民健康带来严重影响,有必要制定合理的灾后救援措施与保障机制,最大限度降低财产损失、减少灾害对居民健康风险。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To understand the influence of low temperature, snow and freeze on the local residents’ health, and to provide scientific basis for rescue measures and safeguards. [Methods] Used descriptive epidemiology to analyze the correlation of the low temperature, snow and freeze with the residents’ health. [Results] The low temperature, snow and freeze brought serious impact on the residents in 2008, increasing the related disease and accidental death. Non-occupational carbon monoxide poisoning increased by 135.00% compared with the same time of last year; fall injury increased by 102.94%; abortion increased by 53.48%; some residents had abnormal psychological status; the number of out-patients declined in hospital; surgery declined by 31.06%; premature delivery rate declined by 57.85%; fever and influenza accounted for 89.60% in all patients. [Conclusion] The low temperature, snow and freeze bring serious impact on resident’s daily life and health in Chen-zhou in 2008. It is necessary to set up post-disaster rescue measures and safeguards, maximumly reduce the damage.更多还原
