【摘要】 [目的]探讨烟台市幼儿体质状况,分析幼儿体质综合评级的影响因素。[方法]以2005年国民体质监测烟台地区幼儿组资料中861人为研究对象,统计幼儿体质各指标均值进行单项评分和综合评级,并对综合评级的影响因素进行多分类Logistic回归分析。[结果]烟台市幼儿形态指标均值高于全国均值,但机能素质指标中只有坐位体前屈和双脚连续跳成绩较好;各年龄组幼儿体质综合评级优秀率较低;回归分析发现,与体质综合评级有关的因素有体质指数、年龄、看护人、喂养方式、户内看电视时间等。[结论]烟台市幼儿形态发育水平高于全国平均水平,但机能素质发育状况不容乐观,应采取合理措施预防肥胖、加强体育锻炼,以提高幼儿的机能素质。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To study the infants’ fitness condition and the influence factors of the general evaluation of the fitness in Yantai.[Methods] Using the infants’ data of national physical fitness survey in Yantai in 2005,included 861 infants,the means of fitness indexes,the grades of each item and the general evaluation of the fitness were counted,and the influence factors of the general evaluation of the fitness were analyzed by multinomial Logistic regression.[Results] The means of infants’ shape indexes were better than those of whole nation,but the means of infants’ function and physical fitness indexes were worse except sit-and-reach and successive jump with both feet.The prevalence rates of fine of the general evaluation were lower.Logistic regression analysis indicated that the major influencing factors of the general evaluation were body mass index,age,guarder,feeding and time of indoor watching TV.[Conclusion] The grow levels of infants’ shape in Yantai were better than those of whole nation,but the levels of the function and physical fitness were not hopeful.We should adopt vigorous measures to increase their exercise and prevent the obesity so as to improve their fitness.更多还原
