【摘要】 [目的]研究医务人员控烟干预的措施及途径。[方法]以无烟医院创建活动为载体,实施综合治理,对三门峡市准三级医院进行高强度高频次控烟干预前后,医务人员相关知识和提供戒烟服务情况等进行比较。[结果]试点医院环境洁净,无烟氛围日益浓厚,医务人员吸烟率由干预前的7.80%下降到干预后的4.94%,干预后医务人员控烟知识大于12分(满分20分)的比例(88.27%)明显高于干预前(53.62%),医务人员戒烟服务能力干预后明显高于干预前,如何开始规劝病人戒烟、如何为戒烟病人提供心理支持、如何帮助病人减轻戒断症状、如何为病人开戒烟处方分别由干预前的46.60%、33.89%、28.76%和14.27%提高到干预后的94.44%、75.93%、90.43%和81.38%。[结论]实施综合治理,以无烟医院创建活动为载体的途径是实施医务人员控烟干预的有效途径,高强度高频次的控烟干预措施是可行有效的。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To study the health professionals, tobacco control measures and means of intervention.[Methods] By creating a smoke-free hospital activity, comprehensive management was implemented.High-intensity and high-frequency tobacco control intervention was carried in Sanmenxia quasi-three-level hospitals.The knowledge of the health professionals and the condition of their services providing smoking cessation for smokers were compared before and after the interven-tion.[ Results] The environment of pilot hospitals was clean, smoke-free atmosphere was thicker.After the intervention, smoking rate of the health professionals fell to 4.94% from 7.80% , ratio of above 12 points(full score 20 points) about the knowledge on tobacco control increased to 88.27% from 53.62%.The service ability to quit smoking after the intervention was sig-nificantly stronger, such as how to start advising patients to quit smoking, provide patients with psychological supporting, help patients to alleviate the symptoms and write prescriptions for patients increased from 46.60%, 33.89%, 28.76% and 14.27% to 94.44%, 75.93%, 90.43% and 81.38%, respectively.[Conclusion] The implementation of comprehensive management and the method of creating a smoke-free hospital activity is an effective way to the tobacco control intervention for health professionals.High-frequency and high-intensity tobacco control intervention is practical and effective.更多还原
