【摘要】 [目的]了解子宫切口妊娠的临床特点,探讨其诊治及临床效果。[方法]回顾性分析42例切口妊娠的临床表现和诊断治疗方法。[结果]42例经甲氨喋呤和米非司酮杀胚后清宫,38例治愈,4例药物治疗失败,其中3例行经腹子宫切口妊娠病灶切除术,1例行子宫全切术。[结论]充分认识子宫切口妊娠的临床特征进行早期诊断,及时进行保守治疗加清宫术行之有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To know characteristics and assess the diagnosis and treatment of caesarean scar pregnancy.[Methods] The clinical data of 42 cases with caesarean scar pregnancy were retrospectively analyzed.[Results] After the treatment of MTX among the 42 patients,38 persons were cured by dilatation and curettage(D&C),and 3 patients were cured by lumpectomy of cesarean scar pregnancy,and 1 patient had a hysterectomy because of hemorrhoea.[Conclusion] Knowing the clinical characteristics of caesarean scar pregnancy is helpful for correct diagnosis.It is effective to use MTX and D&C in the therapy of cesarean scar pregnancy.更多还原
