过敏性紫癜患儿血清细胞因子水平变化临床分析
CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF THE CHANGES OF SERUM CYTOKINES IN THE CHILDREN WITH HENOCH-SCHONLEIN PURPURA
【摘要】 [目的]探讨细胞因子对于过敏性紫癜(HSP)发生发展的影响和作用。[方法]采用ELISA法检测血清IL-1、IL-2、IL-4、IL-6、IL-10及TNF-α含量,采用硝酸还原酶法检测血清NO含量。[结果]HSP组与对照组比较,HSP合并紫癜肾炎(HSPN)组与NHSPN组比较,HSP组、HSPN组血清IL-1、IL-4、IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α、NO含量均分别高于对照组、NHSPN组,IL-2含量分别低于对照组、NHSPN组,其差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。[结论]HSP的发生与免疫机能紊乱密切相关,IL-1、IL-2、IL-4、IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α、NO等细胞因子异常参与了本病的发生,其水平上调或下调与合并肾脏损害有关,检测其水平变化对判断HSP是否向HSPN发展有一定意义。
【Abstract】 [Objective] To investigate the serum cytokines’s influence on the pathogenesis and development of HSP.[Methods] Adopted ELISA to detect the contents of IL-1,IL-2,IL-4,IL-6,IL-10 and TNF-α in serum and detected the NO content by nitrate reductase method.[Results] Comparing HSP group with control group,and HSPN group with NHSPN group,the serum contents of IL-1,IL-4,IL-6,IL-10,TNF-α,NO in HSP group and HSPN group were higher than those in control group and NHSPN group while IL-2 contents were lower.The differences had statistical significances(P ﹤ 0.05).[Conclusion] The pathogenesis of HSP has a close correlation with immune function disorder.The abnormal contents of IL-1,IL-2,IL-4,IL-6,IL-10,TNF-α,and NO whose up or down regulation are relative to renal injury.Detecting the regulation of the cytokines’s content has significance for judging whether HSP will develop into HSPN.
