胃癌高、低发区健康居民血清微量元素分析

【摘要】 [目的]通过检测胃癌高、低发区健康居民血清中的微量元素含量,探讨微量元素与胃癌的关系。[方法]随机抽取高、低发区年龄在50~65岁范围的常住健康居民,高发区206人,低发区102人,抽取静脉血5ml分离出血清,采用等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)和原子荧光光谱法(AFS)检测镉(Cd)、锰(Mn)、钼(Mo)、汞(Hg)等16种微量元素,对数据进行非参数秩和检验。[结果]高发区健康居民血清中As、Ba、Cr、Hg、Li、Se、Fe、Zn8种元素高于低发区,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);而Mo、Cd元素含量低于胃癌低发区,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。Co、Mn、Ni、Pb、Sr、Cu在两地健康居民血清中差异无统计学意义。[结论]胃癌高、低发区健康居民体内的微量元素负荷存在差异,钼、铁、铜、锌等元素可能与胃癌的发生有一定的关系。

【Abstract】 [Objective] To explore the relation between trace elements and gastric cancer through comparing the contents of trace elements in serum of the symptom-free subjects in areas with high and low incidence of gastric cancer. [Methods] Took 5ml serum from 206 symptom-free subjects in high-incidence area and 102 in low-incidence area, and plasma body mass spectrometry and atomic fluorescence spectrometry were applied to detect the content of trace elements such as Cd、 Mn、 Mo、 Hg in serum. Nonparametric rank sum test was used for analysis. [Results] In high incidence area, the contents of As, Ba, Cr, Hg, Li, Se, Fe and Zn in serum from the symptom-free subjects were more that those in low incidence area but the contents of Mo and Cd were less. Significant difference were seen between them (P﹤0.05). The contents of Co, Mn, Ni, Pb, Sr and Cu in serum from the symptom-free subjects had no statistically significant difference between high and low incidence area. [Conclusion] The contents of trace elements in serum from the symptom-free subjects low incidence area are different from those of the high incidence area. The prevalence of gastric cancer probably is related with the contents of Mo, Fe, Cu, and Zn in serum.
