【摘要】 目的观察首发Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型精神分裂症患者经阿立哌唑治疗前后血浆中白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-12水平的变化。方法选择35例首发精神分裂症患者作为患者组,经阿立哌唑规范治疗8周后,采用ELISA法检测治疗前后患者血浆中IL-6、IL-12的含量;同时选择18例健康志愿者作为对照组。结果患者组治疗前后血浆IL-6、IL-12水平均明显低于对照组;治疗后血浆IL-12水平高于治疗前。结论精神分裂症患者存在IL-6、IL-12介导的免疫功能紊乱。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective It is to observe the changes of concentration of IL-6 and IL-12 in plasma of first-episode typeⅠandⅡschizophrenics patients before and after treatment with aripiprazole.Methods 35 cases of patients with first-episode schizophrenics were chosen as patient group,and the concentration of IL-6,IL-12 in plasma in the group were determined by ELISA methods after 8 weeks’ treatment with aripiprazole.At the same time,18 healthy volunteers were chosen as control group.Results The levels of IL-6 and IL-12 in plasma in patient group before and after treatment were obviously lower than that in control group.The level of plasma IL-12 was significantly higher after treatment than that before treatment in patient group.Conclusion There is immune dysfunction induced by IL-6 and IL-12 in patients with schizophrenia.更多还原
