小湾拱坝施工期温度场动态跟踪仿真
Dynamic tracking simulation analysis of temperature field of Xiaowan Arch Dam during construction period
【摘要】 针对小湾拱坝的施工现状,考虑了混凝土的热学参数及边界条件历时过程、混凝土浇筑过程以及通水冷却措施等因素,应用瞬态热传导三维有限元分析方法对拱坝施工期的温度场进行动态仿真计算,分析了坝体在施工期温度场的时空分布规律,并与监测温度值进行了对比分析.计算结果表明:整个温度场分布规律与监测资料基本吻合,仿真结果较为合理.同时,该研究成果对小湾拱坝施工过程中温控措施的合理性也进行了有效论证.
【Abstract】 According to the concrete pouring condition of Xiaowan arch dam at present,the transient temperature field of the dam during construction period is simulated dynamically by 3-D FEM.By considering the thermal parameters of concrete,boundary conditions changing with time,the process of pouring and the measures of pipe cooling,the distribution laws of temperature field in time and space are obtained;and then comparing it with the monitoring temperatures in detail.The calculation results indicate that the distribution pattern of temperature field agrees well with the monitoring data;and the simulation results are fairly reasonable.This research has also effectively demonstrated the rationality of temperature control measures during construction period.
