【Abstract】 It is very necessary to constitute "Rural Residential Land Management Regulation" in China currently.The State Council takes the responsibility for establishing it according to constitution,law,policy and practice.The basic frame of regulation includes general rules,specifics and supplemental provisions.General rules synthesize the guiding principle of regulation and the concerning global content.All clauses of specifics are the concretization of general rules.Supplemental provisions are also an important part of regulation.更多还原
