【Abstract】 Mao Zedong’s view of people’s teachers is an important constituent of his educational thoughts including the abundant intension and the great philosophies of life.He always took the important effect of the people’s teacher into consideration in the course of the revolutionary and construction.There are some basic requirements of people’s teacher in the great works of Mao Zedong.The teachers should keep reforming their traditional pedagogies,teaching the students in the way that should not "in-pouring education" but "elicitation method",and alleviating students’ burden.Also the teachers should guide and help the students not only with their development of abilities,but also with their development of moral education,intellectual education and physical education initiatively.更多还原
