蔬菜冷链物流在加拿大运行情况初探
Discussion on the Vegetables Cold-chain Logistics in Canada
【摘要】 对加拿大蔬菜物流业的现状作了初步介绍,分析在蔬菜采摘后的预冷、包装、运输、储存、风险预测和回收再利用等环节中,如何实现蔬菜这种特殊商品的价值增值。
【Abstract】 The paper introduces the current situation of the vegetables logistics industry in Canada and discusses how to make the vegetables value be added in the process of pre-colding,packing,transport,stocking,risk forecast and recycling after picking.
