汽车制造业KD件物流模式变革
Study on the Reform of Materials Flow Mode of KD Units in Automobile Manufacturing Industry
【摘要】 KD件是许多汽车制造企业的一种主要零部件资源。根据订货和供货模式的不同,KD件物流模式主要分为Lot和PXP两种模式,对比分析了两种模式各自的优缺点。介绍了一汽轿车股份有限公司对进口KD件的供货模式转变为PXP的探索和实践,以及实施KD件物流模式变革战略所取得的良好效果。
【Abstract】 The materials flow modes of KD units are divided mainly into Lot and PxP.The paper compares the advantages and disadvantages of two modes,introduces how a car manufacturing Co.Ltd of the First Automobile Manufacturing Group to transfer the supply mode of the imported KD units into PxP mode and discusses the effect of implementing the materials flow mode transformation.
