【Abstract】 The paper sets up an effectiveness function for fresh milk suppliers,analyzes the key links of moral risks caused by raw milk suppliers’ adulterate behavior,such as test accuracy,purchasing price and the tracing system of the government and proposes the milk industry to reconstruct benefit mechanism of production,processing and sale in order to form a reasonable price of rawmilk and a healthy,effective food supply chain.更多还原
