供应中断风险管理的机制设计

【摘要】 分别从预防机制、监控制止和修复机制的角度讨论了供应中断风险管理问题,指出建立供应商供应可靠性有效甄别机制进行预防,供应可靠性的学习及管理机制进行监控,以及应用需求管理与战略支持机制对中断问题进行修复。

【Abstract】 Supply disruption would incease the manufacturers’ costs and the esposed level of risks while an effective mechanism design might reduce them. The paper analyzes the supply disruption management in the aspects of preventing, monitoring and repairing mechanism, including the screen mechanisms of suppliers’ reliability, demand management and financial support to the disruption.
