基于MSP430F149的电磁流量计设计
Design of electromagnetic flowmeter based on MSP430F149
【摘要】 电磁流量计是基于法拉第电磁感应定律的速度式电磁流量计。本文对国内外电磁流量计发展现状和趋势进行了简单介绍。在阐述电磁流量计测量原理的基础上,设计了一种基于MSP430F149单片机的LDB型电磁流量计,电路以MSP430F149单片机为核心,从而简化了外围硬件电路的设计,实现了液体流量的测量和累积。文中给出了设计的总体框图,部分硬件电路和控制软件流程图。本文设计的LDB型电磁流量计已经投入生产,经实际应用表明,该设计具有高精度,低功耗和可靠性强等特点,基本满足设计要求。
【Abstract】 Electromagnetic flowmeter which is based on Faraday’s induction law,is a velocity-type flowmeter.In this paper,electromagnetic flowmeter at home and abroad for the development of the status and trends is introduced in brief.Based on a brief introduction of the electromagnetic flowmeter measurement principle,this article uses MSP430F149 MCU to design LDB electromagnetic flowmeter,MSP430F149 MCU circuit to the core,thus simplifying the circuit design of hardware peripherals to achieve the measurement of liquid flow and accumulation.The diagram of the overall design,some hardware and software control flow chart are given.In this paper,the design of the LDB-type electromagnetic flowmeter has been put into production,the practical applications show that the design of high-precision,low-power and reliability,and other characteristics of the design to meet the basic requirements.
