【摘要】 目的探讨妊娠合并血小板减少症的临床特点及相关处理。方法对74例妊娠合并血小板减少患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果单纯由妊娠引起的血小板减少(GT)61例(82.4%),特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)引起5例(6.8%),重度妊高征引起8例(10.8%)。对血小板<50×109/L者用糖皮质激素治疗,分娩前后使用血小板制剂,同时考虑剖宫产。大部分GT患者在产后1周血小板恢复正常。结论妊娠期血小板减少原因较多,应根据不同病因,采用不同的处理方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical characteristic and management of pregnant women with thrombocytopenia.Methods The data of 76 cases with thrombocytopenia during pregnancy were analyzed retrospectively.Results Thrombocytopenia was mainly caused by gestational thrombocytopenia(GT) in 55 cases(72.4%),idiopathic thrombocytopenia(ITP) in 5 cases(6.6%),hepatic disease in pregnancy in 6 cases(7.9%),pregnancy induced hypertension 8 cases(10.5%),rhesus isoimmunization and viral infection each 1 case(1.3%).If the platelet count was less than 50×109/L,the patients were treated with prednisone,platelet transfusion was given before and after delivery and esarean delivery might be performed.Most cases of GT recovered spontaneously within 1 week after delivery.Conclusion Several kinds of disorders during pregnancy can cause gestational thrombocytopenia.The treatment should be different according to different causes.更多还原
