【Abstract】 The transitionality of the grey literature makes the copyright ambiguous,hence the infringement of copyright when the grey literature is cited.This paper analyzes two situations where the infringement of the grey literature is caused by unintentional mistakes or deliberate tort in teaching and research of the universities.The analysis implies the necessity and significance of the cultivation of the copyright consciousness of the grey literature,and provides the strategies to develop the sense of grey literature protection.更多还原
