高校图书馆员绩效评价体系研究中存在的问题与对策
Problems and Strategies on Performance Evaluation System of University Librarians
【摘要】 在分析国内外高校图书馆绩效评价体系研究现状和存在问题的基础上,提出高校图书馆员绩效评价体系的构建对策,认为高校图书馆员绩效评价体系研究不但要有一定的理论深度,更应突出绩效评价体系的实用性。
【Abstract】 Based on analyzing the current situation and problems of performance evaluation system at home and abroad,this paper proposes the countermeasures of performance evaluation system of university librarians.Finally,it points out that the researches on performance evaluation system should not only be significant in theory,but also be practical in daily administration.
