红花山玉兰组织培养研究

【摘要】 对红花山玉兰组织培养中的启动培养、增殖培养进行了研究。结果表明:最佳启动培养配方为MS+6-BA2.0mg/L+IAA0.01mg/L+KT1.0,最佳诱导不定芽分化的培养基为MS+6-BA0.5mg/L+NAA0.01mg/L。

【Abstract】 This paper deals with start culture,proliferation culture.The results show that the best medium of start culture is MS+6-BA2.0mg/L+IAA0.01mg/L+KT1.0,the best medium of axillary shoot proliferation is MS+6-BA0.5mg/L+NAA0.01mg/L.
