【摘要】 目的:探讨肾癌(RCC)中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和内皮抑素(Endostatin)的表达及其之间的关系。方法:选取手术切除肾细胞癌组织标本50例,另取肿瘤旁>2cm区域的正常肾组织30例作为正常对照组,采用SABC法免疫组化染色VEGF和Endostatin。结果:Endostatin和VEGF在肾癌中表达均高于癌旁正常肾脏组织。Endostatin和VEGF高表达者临床分期增高,浸润性强,恶性度高,多伴有肿瘤的淋巴结转移或远处转移。Endostatin和VEGF的表达高度相关。结论:VEGF和Endostatin可望成为肾癌抗血管生成治疗的重要靶点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and Endostatin in renal cell carcinoma (RCC) and its relationships.Methods:50 samples of renal cell carcinoma undergoing nephrectomy were collected,another 30 tissues of normal kindeys as a control group.The expression of VEGF and endostatin were examined by immunohistochemistry.Results:The expression of Endostatin and VEGF in renal cell carcinoma were higher than those in the control.The high positive expression of Endotatin and VEGF was associated with high clinical stages,grades,invasive and metastasis.There was a significantly correlation between abundant Endostatin and VEGF.Conclusion:Endostatin and VEGF are expected to become important targets for antiangiogenesis therapy in patients with renal cell carcinoma.更多还原
