荧光染料噁唑黄的合成

【摘要】 噁唑黄(YO)菁染料是一类嵌入式荧光探针,因未与核酸结合时不发光,检测时无背景干扰而用于核酸标记中.研究了噁唑黄的制备方法,并将不同取代基团如H,t-Bu,Cl引入苯并噁唑环,同时将Br,COOH引入喹啉环上,设计合成了噁唑黄及其衍生物4个化合物,其结构通过核磁和质谱的确认.

【Abstract】 cyanine dyes oxazole yellow is a kind of embedded fluorescent probe inserting into DNA structure by affinity.It is used in nucleic acid marking because of its no fluorescence before inserting themselves into the nucleic acids structure and its no background interference.Preparation method of cyanine dyes oxazole yellow was studied and four oxazole yellow derivatives were synthesized by introducing H,t-Bu,Cl in the ring of benzoxazole and Br,COOH in the ring of quinoline.The structures of these 4 derivatives were conformed by 1HNMR and MS.
