氢化物发生中高浓度钴对砷锑铋测定的影响及消除
Interference and Elimination of High Concentration of Cobalt on the Determination of Arsenic,Antimony and Bismuth in Hydride Generation
【摘要】 研究了高浓度钴对砷、锑、铋氢化物发生的影响,通过提高溶液酸度和加入大量的硫脲-抗坏血酸-盐酸羟胺作为还原掩蔽剂的办法消除高浓度基体对测定的影响,实现了氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法直接测定氧化钴中的痕量砷、锑、铋,无需基体分离或基体匹配,方法简便快速。检出限(S/N=3):砷0.29μg/L,锑0.26μg/L,铋0.24μg/L;回收率为90%~114%;样品分析相对标准偏差为2.1%~9.8%(n=5)。
【Abstract】 Interferences of high concentration of cobalt on the determination of arsenic,antimony and bismuth were studied and its elimination was investigated.The result indicated that the adding of high hydrochloride concentration and thiourea-ascorbic acid-hydroxylamine hydrochloride concentration could eliminate the interference of high concentration matrix on the determination of target analytes.Based on this,a method was proposed for the direct determination of trace arsenic,antimony and bismuth in cobalt oxide product by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry.This method was simple,rapid and without cobalt matching or separation process.The calibration curves showed good linearity in the range of 0-100 μg/L.The detection limits of arsenic,antimony and bismuth(S/N=3) were 0.29 μg/L,0.26 μg/L and 0.24 μg/L,respectively.The RSDs for determination were in the range of 2.1%-9.8%(n=5) and the spiked recoveries of the elements ranged from 90% to 114%.
