一种异构无线通信系统垂直切换分析方法

【摘要】 复合可重构无线通信系统是一种向着未来无线通信系统演进的多制式异构无线通信网络解决方案。系统终端会因为各种原因需要在不同接入技术之间进行垂直切换。本文解决了复合可重构无线通信系统垂直切换的建模问题。相对于以往单纯考虑一个终端的方法,从系统整体角度考虑复合可重构无线通信系统的垂直切换性能。将垂直切换过程等效为M/ME/m/m排队系统,通过分析得到反映复合可重构通信系统性能垂直切换率和到达率、平均系统信道占用时间、系统平均处理时间、阻塞概率等参数之间的关系。以WCDMAI、EEE 802.16e和IEEE 802.11g三种具有代表性的接入技术为例,组成最小结构的复合可重构无线通信系统,在设定了网络环境以后,对该复合可重构系统进行相应的数值仿真及分析得到该模型各参数的关系曲线。这些参数为日后对复合可重构通信系统的理论研究奠定了基础。

【Abstract】 The composite reconfigurable wireless communications system is a multi-standard heterogeneous network evolution solution toward the future wireless mobile network.The terminals in the system may need vertical handover between different access modes because of varous reasons.In this paper,the model of vertical handover is established for the composite reconfigurable wireless communications system,in which the vertical handover performance is considred from the point of the entire system instead of from the sole point of one single terminal.The vertical handover process is modeled as the M/ME/m/m queueing system.Through theoretical analysis,the relationships of the vertical handover rate with some parameters including the arriving rate,mean channel occupying time,mean process time and block probability are got.Three representative RATs,WCDMA,IEEE 802.16e and IEEE 802.11g,are chosen to form the composite reconfigurable wireless communications system of the smallest architecture.After setting the network conditions,by numerical simulation and analysis,the relationship curves of the modeling parameters are got.Those parameters lay the foundations for theoretical research of the composite reconfigurable communications system.
