【Abstract】 Urban and rural areas are two basic types of geographic regions where human activities exist.Resources in the areas being complementary,the ecological symbiosis and the interdependence of economic development constitute a premise of them.The major tasks of building a socialist harmonious and prosperous society involves the following aspects : the Urban and rural economic and social development,the construction of modern agriculture,the development of the rural economy and the increase of their income.All of them are of great significance.To achieve the coordinated economic and social development in urban and rural areas,we must start from the basics,and strive to establish the mechanism helpful to achieved the goals,which should be innovated to increase the promotion of rural investment and support,meanwhile the industrialization of agriculture and the large-scale agricultural operations must be made come true as soon as possible.Efforts should also be made to push forward the urbanization construction as well as the common development of the urbanization and industrialization.更多还原
