【摘要】 政府体育主管部门在体育产业中的职能确立对明确体育产业中各主体的权责范围有着重要意义。通过对文化产业主管部门职能的借鉴,和对体育产业发展环境与发展阶段特殊性的分析,并通过对体育产业中的管理者与从业者进行调查,得出今后一段时期内政府体育主管部门在体育产业中应发挥的基本职能为:制定体育产业发展的宏观规划、调整体育产业结构、监管和扶持市场的运行并弥补市场不足、体育产业法规与相关政策的完善和构建体育产业发展的服务平台五项基本职能。随着体育产业的发展,政府体育主管部门的职能将趋于宏观,采用的手段将更加间接。更多还原

【Abstract】 The establishment of government departments in charge of sport industry has great significance in making clear distinction of main responsibilities.Functions of the government departments in charge of sport are reached through reference from the functions of the competent authorities,analysis of specificity of the environment and the stage of the sports industry.These functions are developing the sports industry development macro-planning,adjustment of the sport industrial structure,supervision and support for the operation of the market and making up market’s deficiency,carrying out related policies and regulations and building the service platform for sports industry.And with the development of sport industry,the functions of government sport departments will be more macro and tend to use more indirect means.更多还原
