【摘要】 为了我国选手更好地备战2010年温哥华冬奥会,采用文献资料法对2007年版自由式滑雪空中技巧评分规则的变化及其应变对策进行研究。结果:新规则对各周动作的周际界线要求更严了,对转体时机的要求放宽了,三周空翻第1周或第3周转体大于360°的动作难度增值了;为了适应上述变化,我国运动员应充分运用手臂动作的独特作用,形成早转快转的技术风格,当前要尽早掌握并完善bdFFF动作。更多还原

【Abstract】 For the sake of Chinese athletes preparing for Vancouver Winter Olympic Games in 2010,the authors study changes and countermeasure of new freestyle aerial technique grade rules by literature review.Conclusions are that new method is stricter with the borderline of circle movement.It degrades the demand of rotating occasion and enhances the movement difficulty about three-circle flip.The first circle or the third circle’s rotation angle must be more than 360°.In order to adapt to the variety,Chinese athletes need to shape skill style,rotate ahead and quickly,by operating adequately arm movement’s particular effect.Consequently,they must master and perfect bdFFF as soon as possible.更多还原
