【摘要】 介绍了应用型本科高校的性质及实践教学在人才培养中的作用,就应用型本科高校实践教学体系的设计进行了分析,并在实践教学体系的教学内容、管理体制、人员队伍建设、实践创新活动等方面提出了具体的建设思路。

【Abstract】 This essay mainly gives an introduction to the characteristic of application oriented university and the role which practical teaching plays in bringing up talents,analyzes the design of practical teaching system in application oriented university,also proposes a concrete constructive idea in teaching context,management system,staff development and practical creativity.
