多层次系统性细胞生物学实验教学体系的建设
Construction of the Experimental Teaching System of Cytobiology with Multistrata and Systematicness
【摘要】 细胞生物学为生物技术专业的学生提供了三个层次的实验:细胞生物学基础实验、细胞工程实验、细胞模块自主实验,通过层层深入的实验教学,形成了系统化的细胞生物学实验教学体系。体系中细胞生物学基础实验探索的可预习、把握课堂、强化校正的教学模式,夯实学生的基础知识,养成学生的创造性思维;细胞工程实验进行了高强度实验技能训练,两者为后续细胞模块自主实验中,学生创造性自主设计实验、独立完成实验打下基础。在细胞生物学实验教学体系中体现"教为不教"的教学理念,培养符合社会需求的学生。通过实施细胞生物学实验教学体系,实验教学本身、学生的创新思维、学生课外研究型课题均取得成效。
【Abstract】 The cytobiology provides tristratal system of experiments for biotechnology students,namely the experiment of cytobiology,cell engineering experiment and self-determination experiment of cell module.With these experiments deepen step by step,it forms systematic cytobiology experiment methodology.The teaching mode enables the students to prepare,and grasp the material in class and strengthen what they have learned in basic experiment of cytobiology of system,thus consolidate their basic knowledge.This method also nurtures the creativity of students.Cell engineering experiment provides experiment technology training with high intensity.Both of them help the students to design and complete the experiment by themselves.The cytobiology experiment teaching mode embodies the teaching idea of "teaching for not teaching",it also enhances the students’ capability of competence in society.It has made progress in the experimental teaching itself,students’ creative thinking and the research subjectt for students outside class through putting the cytobiology experimental teaching system in practice.
