【摘要】 目的调查老年肢体残疾患者抑郁状况,并分析相关的影响因素。方法采用流行病学调查用的抑郁自评量表(CES-D)对236例肢体残疾患者进行调查分析。结果老年肢体残疾患者抑郁状况与非老年(<60岁)肢体残疾者比较无显著差异。老年肢体残疾患者抑郁状况与残疾年限无显著相关性,但与朋友间关系呈正相关,与残疾等级呈负相关。结论老年肢体残疾患者的抑郁与人际关系及残疾等级有显著相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate depression status in the elderly with extremity disability and to analyze relative influential factors. Methods Center for epidemiological survey depression scale(CES-D) was used to analyze 236 elderly patients with extremity disability randomly. Results There was no significant difference in depression status between the elderly with extremity disability and patients with extremity disability below 60 years old.However,there was positive correlation between the depression status and friend relationships,and a negative correlation between the depression status and disability rank were present. Conclusions There are significant correlations between depression status in the elderly with extremity disability and interpersonal relations or disability rank.更多还原
