插接式扭矩杆锻造工艺及模具设计

【摘要】 插接式扭矩杆有望从根本上解决传统抽油杆存在的断脱、偏磨、松脱等失效问题。以28.6mm规格的插接式扭矩杆为例,在综合分析锻件工艺性的基础上,根据长轴类零件的模锻成型特点,选出了成型设备平锻机;同时,为了保证能够充满锻模型槽和顺利取出锻件,在模锻方式上选择开式模锻;完成了插接式扭矩杆的模锻工艺及模具设计,并采取了一些关键的工艺措施来保证锻出良好锻件;获得了一次性试模成功,进一步验证了该模锻工艺的可行性和模具设计的合理性。

【Abstract】 The plug-in torque rod can fundamentally solve the problems of break-off,bias abrasion and disconnection of sucker rod.Taking the plug-in torque rod of φ28.6 mm as an example,on the basis of overall analysis of forging process,the forming forging machine is selected according to the forging and forming feature of long-axis spare parts.In addition,in order to ensure filling out the forging groove and removing smoothly the forged parts,the open die forging is selected.The die forging process and die design of insert torque rod are finished and some key process measures are taken to ensure forging good parts.The one-time forging success verifies the flexibility of the forging process and the reasonability of die design.
