基于ARM-Linux的汽轮机排汽湿度监测系统
An embedded monitor system for wetness fraction of turbine steam based on ARM-Linux
【摘要】 基于加热法湿度测量理论,设计了一种采用双区加热法的汽轮机排汽湿度在线监测系统.采用ARM9(s3c2410)芯片为CPU,以嵌入式Linux为软件核心,实现测量值的采集、功率控制和自动监测功能.通过对运行数据的分析表明,该系统能有效地提供实时的机组湿度数据,提升了机组的运行质量,提高了工作效率.
【Abstract】 This article analyzes a new double-region-heating method to implement one kind of on-line wetness automatic monitoring system.The experiment uses ARM9(s3c2410) as the CPU chip and embedded Linux as the core of software to realize acquisition measured value,power controlling and wetness automatic supervision.The measure system is designed reasonably and easy to manipulate.
