微细发泡注塑成型成核理论模型
Cell Nucleation Theory of Microcellular Foam Injection Molding
【摘要】 利用经典成核理论模型对微细发泡注塑成型的成核机理进行了深入的分析,总结了经典成核理论与实际成核过程存在的差异。主要考虑了聚合物成核前后自由能的改变,对经典成核理论模型进行修正,并将改进的成核理论模型应用于PS/N2发泡模型中,结果表明:修正的成核理论模型能够很好地描述聚苯乙烯的成核过程。
【Abstract】 The mechanism of nucleation was analyzed by using the classical nucleation theory.The discrepancy between the experimental data and the prediction by the classical theory was summarized.The free energy change of polymer was considered to modify the classical theory model,then the modified theory model was applied in PS/N2 system.The result indicated that the modified theory could well describe the nucleation process of polystyrene.
