【Abstract】 Using the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview to experts etc.it analyzed the present situation of sports discipline construction in common institutions of higher learning and major issues existed,used the theory of coordination science for reference to establish a management mode of public sports discipline construction in universities,which included organizational system, operative mechanism,strategy for development,encouraging mechanism and indicator system of evaluation.It held that the mode of coordinative management fitted in with the developing trend of public sports discipline construction in teaching and research type of university and had better feasibility and effectiveness.更多还原
