【摘要】 简要回顾了重庆市近年来在监测机构和监测站点建设、区域和开发建设项目监测以及监测能力建设等方面的工作情况。概括总结了包括水土保持监测机构定位,站网布局,区域与开发建设项目监测以及监测能力建设等方面存在的一些共性问题。针对存在的问题,探讨了重庆市今后一段时期水土保持监测工作的发展思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper briefly reviews the issues of soil and water conservation monitoring of Chongqing Municipality in recent years,such as the construction of monitoring agencies and sites,regional development and construction projects,the construction of the monitoring capacity and so on.Some existed common problems that related with the location of soil and water conservation monitoring agency,distribution network,regional development,monitoring of construction projects and monitoring capacity-building were summarized,the way of improvement of monitoring works of Chongqing Municipality in the future were discussed.更多还原
