【摘要】 北京奥运会为我国的志愿服务掀开了崭新的一页,在未来大型体育赛事中,志愿者将肩负重任,因此如何对志愿者进行高效、便捷、低成本的培训,成为亟待解决的问题。本研究针对大型赛事志愿者的培训特点,结合网络培训的优势和我国体育志愿者网络培训的现状,提出了几点针对志愿者网络培训的建议,以期为大型赛事志愿者的网络培训提供借鉴。更多还原
