饲料中大豆产品对杂交鲟幼鱼生长和免疫的影响
Effects of soy product on the growth performance and immunity of young hybrid sturgeon(Acipenser schrenckii♀×A. baeri♂)
【摘要】 以体质量为(75.0±4.3)g的杂交鲟(Acipenser schrenckii♀×Acipenser baeri♂)为对象,用膨化大豆代替鱼粉配成动植物蛋白比为1∶1.70(G1)、1∶1.25(G2)、1∶1.00(G3)、1.25∶1(G4)和1.45∶1(G5)的5种等氮等能饲料,研究其对幼鲟生长和免疫的影响。6周的饲养实验表明,大豆蛋白所占比例增加后,各处理组杂交鲟生长性能差异不显著(P>0.05),其中G4表现较好,G4结束时体质量、增重率、特定生长率分别较G5提高9.29%、17.34%和11.69%,投饲系数下降22.95%。血浆SOD活力随大豆蛋白比例的增加呈升高趋势,在G1时达最高值(123.87±23.17)U/mL,显著高于其余各处理(P<0.05),随动物蛋白比例增加肝脏和血浆MDA含量显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)增加,在G4时达最高值,但G5又极显著下降(P<0.01)。与G5相比,G1和G2血浆总蛋白含量显著提高(P<0.05),G1-G4血浆球蛋白含量均显著升高(P<0.05)。实验结果显示,动植物蛋白比从1.25∶1到1∶1.70对杂交鲟生产性能无显著影响,大豆蛋白比例增加后,免疫机能改善。
【Abstract】 Studies were conducted to reveal the effects of different animal-plant protein ratios in the diet on the growth performance and immunity of young hybrid sturgeon(Acipenser schrenckii♀×Acipenser baeri♂)[initial body(75.0±4.3) g] by replacing fishmeal with extruded soybean.Five isonitrogenous and isoenergetic diets were designed by replacing fish meal with extruded soybean;fish were fed for 6 weeks.The experiement showed that growth performances of all the groups were not influenced(P>0.05).At the end of the experiment,the final weight,daily gain rate and special growth rate of G4 increased by 9.29%,17.34% and 11.69% respectively and the feed conversation ratio of G4 decreased by 22.95% compared with G5.With the increasing of plant protein,the activities of plasma superoxide dismutase increased and reached the peak(123.87±23.17) U/mL at G1(P<0.05);with the increasing of animal protein,liver and plasma malondlaldehyde increased significantly(P<0.05) or very significantly(P<0.01) and reached the peak at G4,but decreased very significantly at G5.Compared with G5,plasma total protein content of G1 and G2 increased significantly(P<0.05),plasma globulin increased significantly from G1 to G4.The experiments showed that growth performance was not influenced when changing animal-plant protein ratio from 1.25∶1 to 1∶1.70,and immunity increased by increasing soybean protein content.
