【摘要】 目的:讨论、总结会阴部瘢痕挛缩畸形整形治疗的经验。方法:我科自1997年以来对26例会阴部瘢痕挛缩畸形患者进行了整形治疗,术前强调肠道清洁和局部瘢痕清洗;术中根据瘢痕挛缩畸形的具体情况,联合采用局部皮瓣及中厚皮片移植11例,全厚皮片移植13例,单纯用局部皮瓣移植2例;术后注意保持创面的清洁干燥和进行及时有效的功能锻炼。结果:患者在接受整形治疗后,形态、功能均获得良好恢复。结论:根据会阴部瘢痕挛缩畸形的特殊性,重视术前准备及术后处理,合理设计、选择手术方法,才能够获得满意的治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To share the experience obtained in treating perineal scar contracture deformity with plastic surgery.Methods:26 cases of perineal scar contracture deformity have been treated with plastic surgery since 1997.Intestinal cleaning and local scar washing of pre-operation were required and emphasized.11 of 26 cases were treated with local flap transfer or intermediate split thickness skin grafting;13 cases were treated with full-thickness skin grafting and 2 cases were treated with simple local flap grafting.It was necessary to keep wounds cleaning and drying,and to do effective functional exercises timely after surgery operation.Results:There was a satisfactory recovery both in appearance and function for all the patients after the plastic and reconstructive therapy.Conclusion:Because specificity of perineal scars contracture deformity,it should be paid attention to do preoperative preparation,postoperative management,reasonable protocol design and selection of operation so as to obtain a satisfactory effect.更多还原
