【摘要】 目的:总结原位再生医疗技术在我科应用情况。方法:对1995年以来原位再生医疗技术在我科的临床应用领域,治疗范围,救治疗效进行分类总结。结果:原位再生医疗技术除广泛运用于烧伤(共4801例,总治愈率为99.7%)、慢性溃疡(共280例)治疗外,还在手外科、美容外科、创伤外科等诸多学科领域运用,均取得良好的疗效。结论:原位再生医疗技术能实现人体多种组织(皮肤、黏膜、骨)的原位再生,适合多学科推广运用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To summarize the clinical application of regeneration medical technology in situ in our department. Method: The treatment fields and effects of clinical application of regeneration medical technology in situ were summarized and classified for the patients admitted since 1995 in our department. Result: Regeneration medical technology in situ was widely used in addition to burn(a total cure rate was 99.7% in a total of 4801 cases), chronic ulcer(a total of 280 cases), still in hand surgery, cosmetic surgery, trauma surgery and many other fields, and have achieved good results. Conclusion: regeneration medical technology in situ can achieve regeneration in situ of a variety of tissues(skin, mucosa, bone) in human body.
