超临界CO2体系下酵母转化茄尼醇生成辅酶Q10的营养条件
Nutritional Conditions of CoQ10 Biotransformation from Solanesol in Supercritical CO2
【摘要】 研究了在超临界CO2流体条件下不同营养物质的添加对粟酒裂殖酵母转化茄尼醇生产辅酶Q10的影响。通过改变超临界CO2流体中添加的营养物质种类以及添加量等条件,确定对酵母细胞生存影响较小并显著促进辅酶Q10合成的超临界CO2体系营养条件为:培养基的添加可显著提高辅酶Q10的生成量,其中K+浓度为0.02mol/mL,Mg2+浓度为0.004mol/mL,添加底物茄尼醇浓度为22.5mg/mL时,辅酶Q10产量最高,使得超临界CO2流体中辅酶Q10的产量提高174%。研究结果表明,通过优化培养基组成,可显著提高酵母细胞生成辅酶Q10的能力。
【Abstract】 The effects of supercritical CO2(scCO2)on Coenzyme Q10(CoQ10)yield by Schizosaccharomyces prombe(S.promb)in different nutritional conditions were studied.The appropriate nutritional conditions which could significantly promote the production of CoQ10 and have little negative effects on the cells survival were:Culture medium addition in the supercritical CO2 could remarkable improve CoQ10 yield,the appropriate medium included 0.02 mol/mL potassium ion,0.004 mol/mL magnesium ion and 22.5 mg/mL solanesol,under this nutritional conditions,the CoQ10 yield improved 174%.The results showed that culture medium optimization could significantly improve the production of CoQ10.
