香叶醇-β-D-葡萄糖苷的化学合成、纯化与表征
The Chemical Synthesis,Purification and Identification of Geranyl-β-D-glucoside
【摘要】 为开发热稳定型香原料,采用改进的Koenigs-Knorr方法立体选择性地合成了香叶醇-β-D-葡萄糖苷;以硅胶柱层析分级洗脱纯化合成产物,并在无水乙醚中重结晶;采用ESI-MS、元素分析和1H NMR、13C NMR对合成产物进行了表征;同时采用1H-1HCOSY相关谱对文献中1H NMR数据进行了修正。
【Abstract】 In order to develop new thermal stable aroma, geranyl-β-D-glucoside was prepared by a modified Koenigs-Knorr method. The crude product was purified by silica gel column chromatography under grade-eluting, and then recrystallization in diethy ether anhydrous. The structure was identified by ESI-MS, element analysis and 1H NMR, 13C NMR. The 1H NMR data of literature for geranyl-β-D-glucoside was revised by utilizing of 1H-1HCOSY relevant spectrum.
